In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Bus stop "Rathaus" 500 m, railway station "Löffingen" 5 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). The owner lives in the same residence.
4-room apartment 90 m2, on the top floor. Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2023, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC with corner bath. Heating. Balcony, south facing position, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Marvellous view of the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
