Hiltop Haven: The Nook

The third addition to Hiltop Haven, this adorable tiny home is perfect for couples and small families to enjoy all Hocking Hills has to offer. Situated on a secluded 14 acres, this property offers plenty of privacy from the other 2 units with its own fire pit, hot tub, patio and living space.

4WD/AWD is needed, especially in in climate weather as the property is on a large hill.

As with most of hocking hills, our properties are on well water. While we do have a filtration system, it is not the same as city water.


We are located in the Hocking Hills area.

Rural, 14 acres

Firewood can be purchased for $5 a bundle and paid for via the app. Firewood is kept near garbage shed.

Late check out (12:30pm) available upon request for $45.

Early check in (2pm) Available upon request for $45.

Pets come with a $65 cleaning fee.

Home has exterior Cameras at parking area for security.
Only guests on reservation should be on property unless previously approved.

Nice secluded getaway

Nice amenities. Secluded in the woods, which is fun. Nice big hottub and nice grill and firepit. Beautiful interior with big windows to enjoy the surroundings. Only downsides were that the drive to the house was a challenge up a steep gravel road (try not to do it in a car), and the water had an intense egg smell, so be careful if you are sensitive to smells.

Weekend getaway

Our stay was amazing! It was my fiance and our dog. The only downside to the stay was the hot tubs breaker was flipped so we had to wait all evening for the water to get from 72 to a comfortable 88. I also wouldn't recommend a longer stay due to not having a washer or dryer unit. Besides that, we plan to return to the same unit later this year!!

Weekend away

My fiancé and I stayed for a weekend away from the craziness of our lives and loved this property. It’s very secluded and private. The Nook was soo cute and quaint. Communication with owner was fabulous. Always a quick response to any questions. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

The property was clean and well prepared for us. The host answered all questions and left us instructions as well. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The property was beautiful and secluded.
