When I voiced this to Jackie she did what should could and got us in another room with a tub and was extremely nice and understanding about it. "It was a place to sleep while visiting relatives so we weren't expecting much. Really cool covered pool on the property and very nice staff. However the room reeked so bad of cigarette smoke we had to keep the window open, the bed had a lot of stains on the outside cover and the hotel chair was so dirty we didn't touch it. Other than that it did it's job!"
