"I booked this room as I had an early flight and had to return a car rental. Unfortunately, i missed the fact that it had shared toiletries, howevere it was important that it had free parking. On arrival, I couldn't find a parking spot, so I parked temporarily across the driveway. I was greeted by the manager, whom i asked where I can park.His response was short of hospitable saying that they had free parking if you can find it and the rooms had no toilet.
