Even though we had a do not clean sign at the door, house keeping entered the room which felt like a lack of privacy. We also kindly requested a refund for the last night as something came up and had to leave Frankfurt early to which the manager refuse to help. Overall great experience at check in but not great overall"

"Excellent clean room, with VERY comfortable beds. Great location near the train station and river walk. Staff were fantastic, and provided great service. Breakfast was varied and high quality with lots of options for celiacs and dairy allergies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Friendly and hospitable, new property in great shape. Great lounge and bar area downstairs with varied seating options for drinks and bar food, working or relaxing. Spacious room with balcony. A few things we did not like: black interior of cabinets and wardrobe without any inside lighting made it hard to see what’s inside. Hallways were also painted black with vertical blinding light fixtures which came on based on motion, and made it very uncomfortable to the eyes to walk down the hallways after dark. "
