It is perfectly kept up, great amenities, unbeatable location, clean and well appointed. But what I was most impressed by was the staff. They were obviously hand picked and trained to maximize guest experience. In every interaction I was shocked by both their courteous nature and their professionalism. This hotel even has a decent gym which I find rare in Europe. It’s expensive but worth every penny for the unique experience. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Cologne.
