"We had 14 people, ages 7-70, stay at this house the first week of July 2023. The house owner did a great job being accommodating and helpful, there was plenty of space, the beach up the hill was incredible, and it has a delightful porch to hang relax and hang out at night. Some advice for those reading: you definitely want to rent cars if you're doing anything but beach stuff -- it's a 25 minute walk to the nearest subway/grocery store/etc. And do not sleep with the windows open -- there are no...

"Spent three weeks here in July and August. House was perfect for our family, but could also easily house six people. Spacious kitchen/dining space/living room, good size bedrooms, two clean and nice bathrooms. Big walk-in closet in main bedroom.
