"This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info...

"We enjoyed staying in this newly renovated condo while visiting Puerto Rico. It was clean and spacious with a nice view of the beach. The place was centrally located to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. Issues we encountered were with the coffee pot (broken) and, even though it was listed as an amenity, no hair dryer! "Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome. "
