"The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience."

"This property was close to perfect for our large family. It was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was questionable. Upon arriving, we determined the main living area A/C was leaking badly onto the floor and chair. We had to turn it off and contacted the host. Unfortunately, no one ever came to fix the A/C during our stay. Luckily each bedroom had an A/C unit, so we were able to stay comfortable even without the main living area A/C. "This property was pretty great. Family oriented and had everything we needed included beach materials. Hair product , kitchen materials and and seasonings and the ac works great. A lot of pools and options for people who stay. The rain may have cut the electricity off for a few hours which was a bit like um ok. But over all they got it back up and was happy . It’s a bit far like 30-50 min from San Juan and other areas but definitely worth it. "
