One bedroom apartment in the Countryside. Amongst the Olive groves. At this place you will find peace and tranquility along with beautiful views from your Apartment balcony and the pool terraces. Along with a great nights sleep in a very comfortable double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kitchenette with hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave. The kitchenette is in the lounge dining room which has table and chairs, sofa bed (double) and television with Netflix, Amazon movies and Disney+. From this room is the balcony with patio table and chairs and the views of Granada and the Sierra Nevada are wonderful from the here. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular.
The property has its own front door and gate. There is free parking under the car port. The owners live on site so they are available for help or assistance if required.
The pool is open all year round and has sun loungers, sofa area overlooking the pool and a BBQ area for Al Fresco dining.
A 12 minutes drive from the Village of Ventorros de San Jose, which has a few bars/cafes, mini supermarket, 2 small shops, 2 banks, butchers, bakery and a gas station.
1 hour 20mins from Malaga Airport or 50 mins from Granada Airport.
The local town of Loja is 30mins drive with shops, bars/cafes, restaurants, sports centre, supermarkets, beautiful churches. Hospital and weekly market. There is also a train station with rail access to Granada, Malaga and Seville.
The owners Debbie and Sean have 3 rescue dogs, Arabica and Flo, the Casa is named after them. Casa Araflo, we also have Otto the chihuahua. They all love visitors and are always a topic of conversation. Please bear this in mind when booking
