"We were pleased to find we had been given the bridal suite with four poster, jacuzzi and oriental furnishings. Nice thought, but not well enough maintained in the details: three buttons on the jacuzzi didn't work, the TV required a PIN code we did not have, the sound system was switched off, and all without any kind of explanatory manuals.
