"Les hôtes sont aux petits soins. Notre excursion ayant été devancée ils nous ont préparé des boîtes à lunch pour déjeuner. Ils ont gardé nos bagages la journée qu’on est allées au Machu Picchu. On a beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel"

"Really nice place. seems as though it was just updated. Personal care on the breakfast in the morning. Rooms have plenty of space, Village is 10 minute or so walk to either side to get to the Ruins. So peaceful, Keep in mind that the train station is a bit of a walk from this hotel. About 15 to 20 minutes, so best to get one of the Moto-Taxi. You cannot take large luggage on the train without a 25-50$ charge. They can hold your luggage in a securely at the station free while you go to Machu Picchu."

"This place was great, the host offered freefilter water that saved us a ton to buy gifts. They also offered a wonderful breakfast in the morning and the staff was always so helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. It was close to downtown for all the shops and restaurants but far enough away so that it wasn't loud but peaceful in the garden."

"We loved this property. A very unique experience star gazing and sleeping at 3,000 m. The dining room and food and friendly family service were excellent. The Puma room was nicely themed with spectacular panoramic mountain view. Worth it and highly recommended. The hotel taxi pick up from train station, drive up and down was narrow and steep but the drivers there know what they’re doing so we weren’t worried."

"I gave this stay excellent ratings across the board because, while it wasn’t a luxury hotel experience, they did an amazing job with what they have in such a remote location. The domes were clean, warm, and ready for us on time. The staff was very attentive and seemed to be constantly working to make sure everyone had hot water, clean facilities, warm bedding, and good food. They also offered inexpensive home-cooked meals, plus fun little extras like snacks and hot cocoa for our family. The location is what really makes it special. We had breathtaking views of Humantay and Salkantay Mountains right from our domes, and there was very little light pollution, so the night sky was beautiful. This is a small business with limited staff, and we really appreciated how hard they worked to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience in Soraypampa."
