Neighborhood is amazing with the best bakery for coffee and medialubyin the morning. The area is one of the best. The only small problem is that Expedia does unit give you the correct whattsapp number to communicate with the manager. Easily solved by googling the info for the other babel hotel in BA. Don’t think twice about...

"I stayed two nite at the Ayres, two to many. Arriving at the place, I didn’t feel « welcomed », the front staff Is a security person, wearing a uniform, no English and cold as ! No issues with the room overall but very noisy, had a room front st, noise doesn’t stop till early morning ! I don’t speak Spanish, that made it difficult, For that reason I would stay again ! "

"Price was excellent. Liked the terrace and ease of entry. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen area had excellent supply of utensils for cooking or just eating. We were able to walk to all stores and other points of interest. Couch needed to be replaced as springs poking through made it uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend."

"Perfect location for our trip . We stayed there for a week after doing a 14 day cruise. We were within walking distance of most everything we wanted to see and public transportation was easy to use for longer trips we wanted to take .
