Hotel J Green Bay

8/10 Good

"The staff members were so super sweet and helpful. The location was perfect for a Packers trip! Room has plenty of space. Only issues were that the bathroom could’ve used a little bit better cleaning and their televisions were not smart TVs so we were limited to what we could watch cable-wise. Also note There is a small airport right behind the hotel, but we did not have much of an issue with it due to the fact that we were already awake at peak noise times caused by game day travelers. (Early morning and late evening)"

Hyatt Regency Green Bay

8/10 Good

"The property is under rennovation and it's apparent that it needs it. The room was very cold and the thermostadt would not provide heat. When I tried to call the front desk the phone in the room did not work. I looked up the phone number on the internet, and called on my cell phone. They advised that it was "changing seasons" and the heat had not yet been turned on. They offered to send up a portable room heater. When it arrived I asked how it worked. I was told only "the red button is heat and the blue button is fan". When we plugged it in an tried to set the temperature, it was not intuitive as to what the four button pictures were for. It took lots of fiddling with buttons, waiting to see if it was producing heat, and trying again and again. Finally we did get moderate heat. Frustrating to say the least. A small complaint - but trying to be helpful here - was that the paper coffee cups are very thin and you can't easily put on the top cover without crushing the entire cup of hot coffee. Luckily I tried it over the sink. On the plus side and the highlight of our stay was Jenny in the bar where we had breakfast. She is a real asset to your hotel! Wonderful personality, Fun. Very helpful. Whatever you pay her - it's not enough!"

Tundra Lodge

8/10 Good

"We didn’t use the water park or the on site restaurant. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and bathroom basics. Main complaint was the side door (number 5) by our room wouldn’t unlock, had a jam. So we often had to walk around to another door despite our room being right inside door 5. Outside of that it was nice."

Lambeau View 🏈 | Pool · Spa 💦 | Rooftop · Fire Table 🔥 | Entertainment Room 🎉

10/10 Excellent

"Exceptionally impressed with this beautiful property. It was very thoughtfully set up to accommodate guests comfortably and allow for entertainment areas. The pool and spa were very clean, and even on a cold evening the spa quickly heated up to allow us to enjoy. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful, and her thoughtfulness is reflected in the property."
