Room was comfortable. The place was center to everything, which made it very convenient. However, service was not that great. I couldn’t find anyone from the desk when we needed help. Restroom was small.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location with two water taxi stops nearby but it is also an easy walk to the other areas of the city. There were some nice options for food and drink locally as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was great, the employees were always kind. The breakfast was fantastic & there was a great variety of options. Also the fresh cappuccinos were some of the best I had in the 2 weeks I spent in Italy!
The only part that was a bit rough was the air conditioning. There was an air conditioner but the temperature cannot be changed & the highest temperature of the room was 79F/26C. I tried opening the windows, but got eaten alive by mosquitoes (it was mid April), then I stayed up to 5am killing mosquitos.. so if you don't mind a warmer room & keeping windows closed then it is a great stay.
The room was always incredibly clean & we were 5-10min away from all the main attractions so it was very convenient to come by drop things off or take an hour rest & go back out.

"The hotel is clean, reasonably well located and safe. The room is relatively small for two people, which was the main reason I didn’t give it five stars.Check-in was quick and efficient. They have a a small workout facility."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly always willing to help. The room was very clean but the hotel appears to be in the middle of renovation and the carpet was old and torn escalator sounded like it was on its last breath."
