"The hotel rooms were very gorgeous. Loved the spa-like vibe of the shower and bath. Also liked that the pool was right outside.
Things to note though - parts of the hotel are still being constructed. Also, it's about a 8 min ride to Kuta Central, and you can only get local taxis to and from there."

"This is THE most AMAZING place. From the moment we checked in (early) the staff were super friendly and the accomodation pure luxury. From cleaning the pool silently in the mornings before we awoke, to helping to provide ginger tea for my unwell partner, this staff were amazing. The most original and fun hotel! When I booked this pink hotel I didn't know what to expect. After researching everything on Gili Air it seemed the best and it blew away everything else on the island when we got there!
Ana Guysenova manages this property and made sure every last detail was perfect for my group. She helped us with reservations every night and made sure we go the best table. Helped us do the private pink boat to snorkel. She was part of the girls and we wanted to take her with us♡...
