"Our extended family of 6 ranging from 10 to 75 stayed at the Cottage and all had a wonderful time. Ty is a great host and he and his wife gave us a tour of the property which is absolutely amazing! We were able to feed the giraffes and TANK! My daughter said feeding princess the giraffe was the best experience she had during our week long adventure in Texas! Only wish we would have stayed longer! Thanks Ty for a wonderful time. "

"Stayed here with two other friends and our kids so we would be close to Colorado Bend state park. The property was beautiful and peaceful, especially looking out over the pond. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy time together including lots of games indoors and outdoors. We also prepared most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook! We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay again! "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed with all the normal amenities. Night manager was very helpful and courteous. Only negative, we were on the first floor and the people on the floor above us stomped back and forth in the room until after midnight."
