"From the get go, Karen was very responsive. Check in was super easy. Greeted by Karen and then walked in to a house of surprise goodies left by Karen for my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. The hot tub, the walk to the river. The animals around the cabin! ..."
