"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended! "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property; it is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We took advantage of the bike rentals on the beach and local restaurants. Just a few updates would make this a five-star stay. The furniture on the main floor seating room off the kitchen is worn and dirty (it could definitely benefit from updating/ better seating options), and the bathrooms are fairly dated. There is what appears to be a separate, third floor apartment...

"Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen."

"Our stay was very pleasant. The condo is nicely decorated and was clean. The directions on how to enter and how to access the parking garage were clear. Besides a few things needing repair (towel rack, lamp, slow draining bathroom sink) and a shortage of washcloths, the overall accommodation was very thoughtful, comfortable, and easy. I would stay there again."

"The property is in great shape and is very clean. The kitchen had all of the pots and pans, and whatnot needed to make all of our meals. Beds were comfy. Shower had good water pressure. It's a short walk to the beach. Free parking is easy to find around the neighbourhood. Host was easy to get in touch with for any questions. Would recommend."

"House was clean and check in was easy. The bed is so comfortable! I walked around the neighborhood at night plenty with no problems. Just be smart. Oh and the taco express place is open 24.7 right outside and it’s great! "

"The owner (Luis) is great - I'm a grandmother and he had to hand-hold me through the first 36 hours getting stuff figured out. If you are mobility-impaired (uh, or just an geezer) getting in and out of the bed one has to crawl up was a pain in the neck, but otherwise I loved the location, the building, the downtown energy of this place. "The property was spectacular! The views as you walk in were breathtakingly lovely. We all marveled at the floor to ceiling view. It was a great start to our trip and no other property matched it. Great memories were made in this home. The only improvement we would suggest is higher couches and seating in the living room area.
