"I run a business, so I try not to leave bad reviews; however, this was a horrible situation. We booked it months ago to be our last night before we flew out of Milan (it is close to the airport). A day prior to check in, I messaged the host about checking in and parking. No one got back to me. We showed up at checkin time and no one was there. We waited 20 minutes, tried calling the number, but no luck. We decide just to book a hotel.
