Casa Barcuzzi is a completely renovated two-room apartment in 2019 located on the first floor of Mariangela's house in Lonato del Garda. The accommodation is composed at the entrance of a large living room with a splendid lake view. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and refrigerator. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. The house has a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has a shared garden with a lake view. The parking space outside the structure is at your complete disposal.

The tourist tax is not included and amounts to € 0.50 per night per adult.

The house is situated in a panoramic position in Lonato del Garda, a town famous for the Rocca and the South Garda Karting, a Go Kart track. From the house it is possible to take a cycle path that reaches the city of Salò, to be able to walk undisturbed on foot or by bicycle.
Two kilometers away is Desenzano del Garda where there is no lack of discos and piano bars, and you can walk around enjoying the shopping.
Nearby, for golf players, there are splendid courses such as the Garda Golf, Il Colombaro and Chervò; for those who love horse riding there are many riding schools and equestrian trails. There are countless water activities: snorkeling, kite surfing, windsurfing and sailing.
The area of Lake Garda thanks to its wonderful landscapes, vineyards, gardens, wonderful mountains with countless trekking routes and much more is an ideal location for any type of holiday all year round.
Thanks to its proximity to the A4 motorway, it is easy to reach the splendid cities of Verona, Milan and Venice, such as the amusement park area (Gardaland, Caneva World, etc. ..).
