My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. We had a great stay there. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The food options were plenty and quality and taste was good.

This was our second visit to Rhythm and this feedback is purely based on recent experience and has nothing to do with Room, Staff, amenities which over all was excellent. 2 less stars are for Inhouse Food. 1. When we take a package inclusive of all Meals, we expect a good variety taste enhancement. 2. Unfortuently this time flavours were all repetitive and kids options were quite a few. 3. Considering Rhythm stands among the 5*category and amount we spend for the stay, we expect that quality which was missing this time. 4. Staff was pretty good who arranged a options for Kids and we are very thankful for all the attention Pooja gave and ensured everything is in place for our kids.

Really good studio suites and bath products. The restaurant has a nice mix of a la carte options. Buffet is your standard Indian fare. Property is serine and peaceful even though it's just off the main highway. The Balinese influence of decore is beautiful, along with the art in main areas. The library is inviting to sit and read, while the pool area which the rooms overlook is tranquil and lush with greenery. Highly recommended for a city escape. We never left the property for the days we were there. Spa packages look great as well although we didn't get to try any. Staff are kind and courteous. Will definitely return if there is an opportunity one day. A gem on Expedia!

It was a nice setting and in a good location. Staff were friendly, attentive & quickly responded to our needs. However the big negative was that despite being a 5* hotel, there were no sun beds at the pool and our efforts to ask the hotel to provide them proved unsuccessful. They said the sun beds they had previously had been broken & were not replaced. They said they would check with the senior manager but there was no update & when we asked they were unable to give an update/reason. The food was repetive and not to our taste. It looked better than it tasted.

The property gives a fantastic impression at first glance from the pictures on expedia, but the reality is quite disappointing. The pool area gets extremely noisy, and I even had to change my room because of it. The staff, while polite, lack the professionalism and attentiveness expected in the hotel industry. They seemed laid-back and often passed responsibility for even simple requests. Overall, my short stay was far from pleasant.

Property was good but lacks training to staff right from entry into the resort to exit, no one to pick your luggage, breakfast was average and no proper service by staff at breakfast. Receptionist calls to inform the checkout timings and tells be ready on time for checkout , really phthatic

Good stay at Lonavala

Nice hotel with friendly staff and in a great location. Well maintained and clean property. Decent menu options and tasty food. They should probably be more prepared to handle the weekend crowd especially during breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Rhythm is a nice mid-size property, just right for a good family getaway. I stayed there with my wife and daughter for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of the stay. Comfortable rooms, good food, good service. The waiters and chefs at the restaurant will come and talk to you and help you with better food choices. Same in the entertainment zone, where we even got some pool lessons. All in all a great memorable stay

Rhythm is truly a fabulous resort. From the moment you walk in they give you a welcome drink and plenty of smiles. Urmila at the feont desk is an exceptional young lady. The manager Mr. Jackson is always so helpful. The restaurant made me non spicy food. I really appreciated this. The housekeeping staff are great. The rooms are spacious , bed is comfy, and they have tv channels in English. I love it.
