"Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!"

"The place was great. I bought the breaker buffet and was disappointed that more than one there was no food at 8am. There was a lady running it the only time it was stocked. The other times, I had to wait, was told to just order what I want, or just not get the items I wanted. That was my only issue. "

"Our stay was only for one night but it was pleasant. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of choices at the breakfast buffet. The only minus in our room was no biscuits on the tea/coffee tray:-( Parking was not a problem on site. All in all would recommend and we will definitely use it again when visiting family in the area."

"Hello, I am sorry to be contacting you with complaints regarding my recent stay. I am a wheelchair user and as such, had booked an accessible room with yourselves through Expedia and stayed 3rd July - 6th July 2026. There were a handful of issues with the room, such as the cleanliness of the bath in the bathroom that bordered on wear and tear [room 407] and the bath board for accessibility didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Similarly, the limescale build up on the shower...

"Great and fantastic check in staff who also helped us with the online parking. Location is the best for shopping and eateries. Big room with nice smell whenever we entered the room. "
