"The location of the property is outstanding and the property manager was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. High marks there. The photos of the main living area and the main bedroom were accurate. Photos of the rest of the apartment, not so much. There is an area of mold about 30 inches by 5 inches (at the widest point) on an interior hallway wall. Paint was buckling and some plaster was on the floor. in the hallway and in the kitchen. "I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

"This place was bot nice. We were supposed to stay 4 nights. Most expensive VRBO in Mayfair, so expected a real treat for the family. Location as advertised but the place was absolutely, horrifically, disgusting. Mold everywhere. Flood stained walls. They did not disclose that the lobby was under construction.
