"The apartment layout made it almost impossible to function. Unnecessary an unusable cabinets with doors. Open a door you hit something, open another door block access to the bathroom etc. Not enough outlets, doors are designed to slam. No service. "

"Very basic hostel level but the location is excellent, literally two steps from Piccadilly line underground from Heathrow. Lots of restaurants close by and good 24hr Tesco opposite. Clean but old premises, comfortable beds. Family room in the basement is great for 4-5 people and has full kitchen (old style)."
