Nice, very clean room and bathroom. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access with the underground. Lovely with the biscuits, tea and coffee in the the room and nice with the Small refrigerator.

Comfy and alright

Friendly reception, I got a free upgrade on my room. Bed is pretty comfy. For its price and availability I think it is a nice place, if your expectations are not luxury hotel. This place is more like a house type hotel.

This is a great find. The location is great, near Hammersmith station and lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kind. A really good find - clean, safe and budget friendly.

Very nice family ran hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful and gave us great food recommendations when checking in. Very happy with my stay and would love to stay here again if I were to have a concert at the Apollo in the future.

We really liked our stay at this hotel. We felt safe, it was clean and very practical. It is few minutes from the tube which give access to four lines. It is very easy to travel to all the nice places of London. The Hammersmith area is simply great… outside of the tourist area, nice places to eat at an affordable fee. I recommend this place.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again! Anna greeted us at check in and was so kind. We were very early for check in but she expedited getting our rooms ready so we could get in after a long journey. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet! Beds were very comfortable.
