This superbly located 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Apartment on the corner of King’s Road, Chelsea is on the 1st floor overlooking a quiet garden square. It's location, location, location and this has it. With a coffee, juice and pastries placed below this is located close to King's Road high-end shops and stores and 5 minutes’ walk from Sloane Square tube station. London’s main sights – Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, London’s theatres, the Tower of London and much more are easily accessed quickly and direct from either Sloane Square or South Kensington tube stations – both a short walk from your apartment. It is also in easy walking distance of the Royal Hospital Chelsea (home of Chelsea Pensioners and the Chelsea Flower Show) and the Saatchi Gallery – a superb gallery of contemporary art in central London.

Your stylish Two Bedroom Apartment was recently (May 2022) refurbished and furnished to a high standard. Located on the first floor of this character house – accessed by stairs - facing one of central London’s elegant garden squares, your apartment is spacious (85 square meters / 915 square feet) and very well equipped. Around the corner from the famous King’s Road, Chelsea, the period house is close to the famous clothes boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and Peter Jones store on King’s Road. South Kensington is in walking distance up Sloane Avenue with several world-famous brands on this route, including Chanel and Stella McCartney as well as The Conran Shop. This route also puts you in walking distance of some of London’s main museums – Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum.

Your apartment has wooden flooring throughout and a spacious Lounge and Dining Area with a Smart TV, Freeview channels as well as Free WiFi. The Lounge has a large sofa and chair as well as a dining table and 4 chairs. Large windows, almost floor to ceiling, make the Lounge, dining area and kitchen very bright and provide great views over the streets outside.

The chic, modern kitchen is open plan to the Lounge and dining area and is very well equipped with new appliances including hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher and iron and ironing board along with all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay.

The Master Bedroom has an elegant UK king-size (US Queen) Bed and large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and drawer space for any length of stay. The en suite bathroom has bath tub as well as rain shower and handheld shower. Free toiletries are provided in both of the main bathrooms.

The Second Bedroom also has a UK king-size (US Queen) Bed and good drawer space as well as a large window overlooking the delightful garden square. The en suite bathroom has a shower enclosure with rain shower and handheld shower.

The elegant, chic immediate area of your apartment has numerous small shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a choice of supermarkets within 2 minutes’ walk open until late. If you decide to go out to eat, you will find yourself spoilt for choice from the wide range of restaurants close by in King’s Road, Sloane Square and in South Kensington.

King's Road Chelsea came to fame in the '60's and '70's when the Beatles and others bought their clothes in trendy boutiques there. Now it is transformed into one of the most elegant streets in London, with great clothes shops for adults and for children from some of the top brands, beautiful Georgian houses, elegant garden squares, great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Down many side streets, you will find lovely mews houses and large garden squares, giving the whole neighbourhood the feel of a small town. Despite this, you are just 5 minutes' walk from Sloane Square station, giving you easy access to the rest of central London. South Kensington, with an even greater choice of restaurants and most of London's main museums, is within easy walking distance up Sloane Avenue.

Perfect london stay
We love staying in this property , so much that I try to book it every time when I travel back to london. Location is perfect , brand new everything and most of all an amazing host. In the event that anything is needed , help is always there within hours! Cannot recommend it more!

Great flat in a great location
This is a lovely, sun-drenched, well-appointed flat in the heart of Chelsea. The check-in process was seamless, and we were graciously given a tour of the flat and showed how everything worked (stove/oven, laundry, etc.). When we expressed our dismay that the flat didn’t have a coffeemaker, within the hour a French press was procured and delivered to us … along with a bag of Starbucks coffee. Customer service, indeed! In terms of location, everything you could want is right outside your door: great shopping, restaurant options galore, Waitrose, Boots, Sloan Square, Duke of York Square, the Saatchi Museum, and everything else that Chelsea has to offer! Plus, the Sloan Street tube stop is a quick walk away. My only (small) wish is that the flat had a floor lamp and/or end table and lamp in the living room so the overhead lights didn’t have to be on all the time. Other than that, IMHO, the flat is perfect. This is our 4th London flat we have stayed in over the years, and BY FAR the best. I will definitely book it again.

The property has been recently renovated , it is located in an excellent location and perfect for a family holiday. The team are very responsive and accommodated all our requests. Great location!
This facility met our expectations. We especially appreciated the feeling of modernity — excellent lighting and comfortable furniture. Some minor inconveniences were that there was no place in the bathrooms to put toiletries and that though the bedrooms were generally spacious, navigating around the beds was somewhat challenging, around the bottom of the bed in the master and the side of the bed in the second. Showers in both bathrooms were great, though the tub in the master is high to get in and out of. Location for cummuting by Tube to central London was superb and Chelsea is a charming neighborhood in itself. A coffee shop literally downstairs made every early morning easier to face. Mr. Hargreaves and his staff could not have been more cordial and accommodating!

Nice, spacious apartment in a great location just off Kings Road. Perfect for a family of 4 to spend a short weekend or a full week which was our case. We were offered 1 free cleaning during our stay which is a bonus. Would definitely stay there again next time in London.
