1. Overview:

Newly re-listed on Airbnb is my new LARGE 4 bedroom/3 bathroom flat in Angel, Zone 1 (very central London)! Massive with 120 sqm space (very rare in London) & new designer furniture incl. 7 beds, it is perfect to host up to 13 (!) guests easily. Each of 4 bedrooms is self-sustaining with a kitchen/kitchenette for your privacy. Angel Station is only 10 min walk or 3 min bike away, where you can reach ALL central London stations in 15 min. Angel Town is famous for canals & restaurants. Enjoy!


2. Flat Details

After being rented out on a long term basis for a few years, this newly renovated and expanded amazing 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom flat in Angel Zone 1 Central London is finally back to Airbnb market! It is extremely spacious at 120 sqm (very rare in central London), with 4 king size bedrooms and 7 beds, including 4 European king size beds (160*200), 1 European double bed (140*200), 1 UK folding double bed (120*200, upon request) and 1 single sofa beds (75*200, upon request) . It also has 3 bathrooms (two are the ensuite bathrooms and one is stand-alone), a Master Kitchen plus 3 separate kitchenettes in 3 bedrooms, a living room and a balcony.

Equipped with brand new Italian designer furniture, there is a light and airy feel throughout the flat to comfortably host up to 13 (!) guests. I believe this will be the perfect base for you and your group's trip to London!

The closest tube station from the flat is Angel Station in Zone 1, which is a 10 minute walk from the flat. Another quicker way to commute between Angel Station and this flat is only a 3-minute bike ride on the dockless Lime Bike (you can easily download the Lime Bike app) , which are placed right outside of the Angel Station and costing around £1-2 per ride.

The closest bus station is Packington Street Station, which is only 5 minute walk from the flat, with many buses (38, 56, 73, 341, 476 etc) straight to all places of interest in London.

From Angel Station, you can reach ALL Central London locations between 5-20 min, you can’t get better than that in Central London!

- City of London / Bank /Liverpool Street (financial district) under 5 min
- King’s Cross / Eurostar Station (national/international transportation hub in North London) under 7 min
- Oxford Circus/Bond Street/Selfridges (shopping zone) under 10 min
- London Bridge/London Tower/London Eye/Waterloo/Shard (sightseeing zone) under 10 min
- Leicester Square/Covent Garden/Trafalgar Square/West End/Soho/Chinatown (entertainment zone) around 15 min
- Green Park /Buckingham Palace/ Hyde Park/Westminster Parliament/Harrods (royal sightseeing / shopping zone) around 15-20 min.

Of course, thanks to its Zone 1 location, you can walk to most places in Central London too, along the beautiful canals, e.g. Kings Cross and Old Street are both around a 20 minute walk away, meaning even more bars and restaurants of the famous "Fun Central' Shoreditch area are very easy to get to as well.

3. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the ENTIRE property during their stay. No shared spaces with anyone else.

Normal check-in is 3PM and check-out 11am (as it will take 4 hours to clean the whole flat) . However, if you do need an early check-in or late check-out of your luggage between 11am and 3pm, pls let me know as I can try to coordinate with the cleaners so they can watch over your luggage while cleaning between 11am-3pm.

If you can only check in or check out your luggage outside of the 11am-3pm period, you can simply use STASHER website, there are lots of luggage storage places around the flat within 5-10 minutes walk from the flat in N1 post code, costing a couple of pounds per hour.

It is possible to rent a parking space off premises. Please use JUSTPARK website and to find out available parking space near the flat in N1 post code, costing also a couple of pounds per hour.

It is a self-service check-in/check-out process with a lockbox, available 24/7. You will get 3-4 set of keys in a lockbox downstairs within 1 min walk with a password to open. Please don't lose the keys, as it is costly and difficult to re-make and deliver the keys by handyman by last minute.

Full instruction on guest access will be available once you finish the booking. I will be contactable by Airbnb Inbox and mobile during your stay.

4. Other things to note:

Please do me the favour to be quiet, considerate and keep this lovely flat clean, treating it like your own home for me please:) Smoking, binge drinking and loud partying are NOT allowed, as we do have lovely neighbours left and right, who also want to enjoy their own peaceful life.

Especially, NO SMOKING, as the non-smoking rule is strictly implemented in this building, any smoking action detected will be fined heavily (more than £3k) by the Management . So please do me the favour not to smoke in the flat AND balcony. Thanks for your understanding in advance!

Please always put the correct "number of people checking-in" when you book the flat, as this info decides the number of beds, duvets, pillows, towels and mattresses to be prepared. The number of beds to be prepared for your stay is as below by default. (However, if you have different arrangement, pls discuss with me after you book, I will try my best to accommodate your requests).

- For a group of 10 ppl or less, we will make 5 beds, i.e. 4 European king size beds (160*200) in the Yellow, Green and Orange Rooms, and 1 European double bed (140*200) in the Red Room

- For a group of 11 guests, on top of 5 beds above, we will add the 6th bed (single sofa bed, 75*200) in the Green Room, so there will be altogether 3 guests in the Green Room

- For a group of 12 guests, on top of 5 beds above, we will add the 6th bed (double folding bed, 120*200) in the Red Room, so there will be altogether 4 guests in the Red Room

- For a group of 13 guests, on top of 5 beds above, we will add 6th and 7th beds - the single sofa bed (75*200) in the Green Room AND the double folding bed (120*200) in the Red Room, so there will be 3 guests in the Green Room and 4 guests in the Red Room
