The Space:
Situated within a characterful brick building, the apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in London, with great transport links right on your doorstep. There are 2 lovely bedrooms featuring beds made up with crisp hotel linen and ample storage space for clothes and belongings. The large bathroom has a shower and bath with clean fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your use. The open plan kitchen/living area boasts 2 comfortable sofas, a smart Tv as well as a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, as well as teas and coffee provided for guests to use. There is high speed broadband throughout. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 guests when booking).

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment during their stay.

Located in the heart of Brixton, there is a huge array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes all on your doorstep. The O2 Academy concert venue is just 5 minutes walk away. There are also a number of interesting markets in Brixton offering fresh produce, street food, antiques, furniture, clothes and more! Brixton Tube station is just 1 minute away and can get you to central London and it's attractions within 10 minutes.

Getting Around:
Supermarkets, High street shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking disctance of the apartment. Brixton Tube station is just 1 minute away and can get you to central London and it's attractions within 10 minutes, or further afield. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to allow time for us to make necessary arrangements.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
