Charming 7 bedroom house, sleeps up to 13 guests

Welcome to our beautiful house in Romford. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has an American fridge freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a kettle, and a microwave.
The house is a perfect relaxing place and offers a smart television and internet access.

This house has seven bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 13. Guests more than 6/7 may have to share rooms. We could provide additional beds at your request.

There are three bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a bath, toilet sink and an overhead shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 4 pm and check-out is before 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed in the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Children are allowed but attracts an additional refundable security deposit of £200.
- Any damage in the property will be your responsibility to repair.
- No partying allowed.
- No loud noise after 7 pm.
- There are free parking on premises and parking facilities available at the property.
- We have security cameras outside the house actively recording. The cameras within are only in communal spaces and are covered for your privacy.
