Run, run very far away from this host and apartment

Flat was not available on day of check in and we were not notified until we reached out to him. He offered an alternative that was substandard…dirty, moldy, most furniture in disrepair, tv had fallen off the wall and there were rodent droppings in the kitchen cabinets. Host refused a full refund and cut off communication.
