The staff was professional, the facility was clean, the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast was a 2/10 at best. The website advertised a breakfast buffet. We saw some kind of thick, white gravy that was supposed to pass for sausage gravy. It was absolutely inedible without flavor of any kind. The biscuits could have been used as ammunition. The fruit bar consisted of tiny, hard, not quite ripe apples and a couple cups of yogurt. We decided to skip the buffet and grab something at Buc-ee's up the road.

When we arrived we learned the pool was closed and had been for a few weeks. We specifically booked this hotel for the use of the indoor pool at night with two kids, they were really excited. If we would have known before arrival, we would have booked somewhere else. The staff were really friendly and kind.

Staff has always been very professional, kind, approachable and nice. We drive down from Kansas City it takes 10 1/2 hours what I love the bed is so comfortable I always get some good rest after that long drive. Having allergies, alot of times when I stay at a hotel I can't breathe because it's stuffy this has not been the case the 5 times we have stayed.... My only suggestion check the water pressure and hot water. A nice HOT SHOWER WOULD BE GRAT!!

Traveling through for the night and stay was okay. Handicap accessible room would be better with having a walk in shower vs having to climb over the tub. Breakfast was limited, beds were hard, ice maker didn't work, fridge door didn't open properly. Otherwise, location was great, right off the freeway, room was quiet.
