This house is clean, quiet and very close to one of London's Main Streets, College and the Airport. It's also located in a very quiet residential neighborhood.

Cozy finished basement unit with 2 separate rooms, living room, separate washroom and access to a kitchen. You get exactly what you see in the posting with plus all available to our guest for short or long term stays

Separate entrance with 2 rooms and a very big living room area, small kitchen area and a private bathroom just for you.

The laundry room downstairs is shared with the house owner who will inform you before making it there to do laundry.
Airbnb guest can use the laundry if they here for more that 3 nights and should wash only in the evening or weekends only.
