"My best friend and I came to Columbus for a concert. The staff at the desk were absolutely amazing. Very helpful with any questions I had. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious. All around it was a great stay. A little pricey in my opinion and I don’t believe parking should have been extra but I would pay it again."
"The staff was incredibly polite, kind, helpful, and always cheerful. Frida was especially helpful in assisting us by phone before arrival as we were stuck in traffic and had a family member arrive early prior to us checking in. Everything was great! Only criticism would be the front elevator being "Out of Service" which slowed down movement in the hotel, and the omelettes that I so loved the Friday day not being served on Saturday and Sunday for Breakfast.
