Welcome to our exquisite 2-bedroom apartment in South Kensington, a refined residence nestled between the green expanses of Hyde Park and the vibrant Gloucester Road. Immerse yourself in the sophistication of one of London's most sought-after neighbourhoods. Discover the charm of South Kensington as you explore the nearby attractions, from the iconic Hyde Park for leisurely strolls to the eclectic shops and cafes along Gloucester Road. Convenient access to public transport. Important Notice: The building management will be replacing the lift from early September to early October. During this time, the lift will be out of service.
Please note the following:
- The lift starts on the first floor therefore there is approximately 20 steps to reach the lift.
- The air conditioning of the apartment is a central unit in the corridor which serves the bedrooms and the living room, further air cooling fans can be provided on request

- Noise is expected due to construction works in the area.

House Rules:
• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

• For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.

Location, location, location….

The flat provided a comfortable home base for our stay in London. The location was perfect. The Gloucester Road underground station connects with multiple lines for easy access to other parts of the city. We also loved walking in the nearby parks and neighborhoods surrounding the parks. Nearby restaurants, grocery stores, dry cleaning, bakeries, etc…added to the convenience of the location. As some other reviews have mentioned the proximity to the train station adds some noise as does the cooing pigeons in the morning - neither would prevent me from renting this flat in the future.
