Only 1 visit in my lifetime
Room was ok it had been refurbished which made it better from previous reviews I had read. Bathroom was tiny, shower was dirty so didn’t use it the next morning. Absolutely useless vending machine, didn’t have breakfast went to pub over the road. When we arrived the room next to us was being refurbished all we could hear was drilling & lots of talking, luckily we were their to see pink so didn’t stay long to put up with that. It’s ok for one night but £150 not worth that when considering their are other places in the area which would be so much better. Would not visit again if going to Wembley.

I'd rather sleep in my car than here again. . . .
Never before has there been a stronger case for not bothering to at least make an effort with presenting a comfortable hotel. Within walking distance of Wembley Stadium, there is not incentive to make it any less dank - if you dont stay in it, someone else will! Arrived to a hoard of other people whose bookings has been cancelled - the hotel were not even willing to speak to the booking agents, nor answer their phones to try to deal with the problem. We got a room however - or a broom cupboard maybe. Two single beds very close together in a tiny room, so small that you could not even open the door to the room without hitting one of the beds. Door to the bathroom would not close - looks like years of others trying have made the handle practically come off - not good when you are sharing with your 13 year old son. . . Beds very uncomfortable with the thinnest quilt ever made. It was like sleeping on gravel covered by a sheet . . . Beds and bathroom however were clean- shame about the pubic hair on the dresser though. . . People shouting outside our window until 2am - that the management did nothing about. Wont stay here again, and could not recommend anyone else did either.

It was not my first time at this hotel but unfortunately this time it was terrible.It was only a 2night stay,the first night was so and so but the second day was horrible,we had a bad issue with the water system were only hot water was available,we couldn't have a shower nor we could use the toilet because the flashing was empty,they said it was being fixed but till we left early in the morning it was not done so we had to leave without having a shower and without using the toilet,can you imagine that? It will officially be my last time at this hotel which I used to like.
