Awful Experience Run Away

Still have not received codes for entry Room was not only not ready at 6:00 pm. Promised at 3:00 pm. It was occupied when “housekeeper” opened the door. Book at your own risk. Never saw the inside of the place. Never met the manager. Awful. Awful. Awful

Unfit For Guests

The flat is not as described in the photos or description. It is a small studio that is not suitable for three guests as described. There was only one towel and duvet and the "sofa-bed" is not suitable for anyone to sleep on. The balcony area is much smaller than pictured with no table and chairs and it is definitely not suitable for sitting outside. There is mould and damp on the ceiling as well as black mould in the shower. Rubbish is stored above the bed. The door lock also isn't secure and an old lock has simply been taped over. The property also has broken light fittings. The cooker hob is broken and there was very little crockery. The cutlery provided comprised of two dirty knives and nothing else. We didn't receive any check-in information despite calling the host multiple times and messaging both the host and Vrbo customer support. Eventually after contacting the host we still didn't have our check-in information and the host told the cleaner to let us in. The host has been uncontactable since we left the property and hasn't responded to any of our messages. We did not stay in the property as it wasn't secure for us to stay in and it's overall condition meant it was not fit to house guests. Vrbo hold no liability for the property and it is up to the host to give a refund therefore we are still waiting for our money back.

NE LOUEZ PAS cet hébergement! - Le propriétaire a fourni un hébergement non sécuritaire, avec une pipe de drogue brisée par terre. - Le propriétaire publie une annonce mensongère : il est écrit cuisine équipée, une salle de bains moderne, linge de toilette fourni. RIEN de tout ça n’était dans le logement. Presque aucune vaisselle, aucune serviette, et moisissure dans la douche. - logement sale - Le propriétaire n’assume aucune responsabilité, ignore nos appels, et nous raccroche la ligne quand on l'appelle - le service à la clientèle d’Abritel ne prend aucune responsabilité non plus. Il nous a été mentionné une politique de relocalisation, mais rien n'a été fait. Nous avons nous même trouvé un hébergement, et fait la réservation. Nous sommes revenus de nos vacances et nous attendons encore qu'Abritel nous rembourse de ce logement désastreux. Nous sommes allés à la police porter plainte pour "fraud by false representation" et il s'avère que ce logement a déjà eu plusieurs plaintes, mais rien ne change. Ne faites pas la même erreur que nous.
