The hotel is good for the bed and breakfast rate we got. It is a little old fashioned but perfectly comfortable and clean. We will definitely return because of the great location and value for money.

The room was clean but a bit shabby. The loo seat was too small for the size of the pedestal. The sink had hairline cracks. That said, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. My biggest gripe is that I had paid for the room in advance of our stay but a £50 payment was taken as a further deposit, which will not be refunded for 5 - 7 working days. I think this is unacceptable.

Very tored property! I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kensington last week and it was fantastic. The Welbeck Street one is no comparison. Very tired, no room service and breakfast limited. Not good when you're a woman on your own. Decor was awfu.i paid less for the one in Kensington too!!!
