The best stay of our European trip (we are Canadian). Amazing rooms, amazing service and the hotel’s restaurant was amazing (breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and good food. The lunch and diner menu was also really amazing and affordable).

Great customer service and nice food!

The staff was so so nice. It was such a nice experience. Tharea is not the most pretty, but you felt so safe and welcome at the hotel. At first we didnt want to pay that much for "hotel breakfast", but after we saw it we decided to eat there everyday. It was very nice, with grat variation. We also ordered room service, which also was great!

Holiday Inn Whitechapel

Very nice, comfortable, and clean hotel close to several underground stations. The staff was great especially the front desk people (Fairouz in particular was very helpful at checkin and checkout). Not located in the most exciting or glamorous part of town but I would definitely stay there again.

I love this hotel, had a nice stay. If there is another concert in troxy, I will book this hotel again. Perfect. It's a shame that the neighborhood isn't that attractive.

Reception staff welcomed me very well, room was bright and very spacious. Bed comfy. Located was easy to find however the area felt a little run- down. Kettle did not work which was a shame.

If you want to sleep in tropical, jungle-like temperatures in the midst of Tower Hamlets, this is your place. No windows, no air conditioning - just imagine the room after you’ve had a pre-bedtime shower. Anyway, the air conditioner is there, and is supposed to work, but it seems management has decided to turn off entire floors and disguise it as a “maintenance problem.” I guess it’s better that you’re inconvenienced than their wallets. Good luck folks, I recommend staying October through March.
