Everything was professional, easy, electronic, check-in, electronic, key, electronic passcode, friendly staff, cool room, and right downtown. Would definitely stay there again. Underground parking across the street. Well, not your traditional hotel if you’re looking for privacy, nice accommodations, friendly staff, and are not much trouble and not looking for much engagement. This is your perfect hotel.

My favourite place to stay in London. Close to VIA Rail and Canada Life Place. The rooms are incredibly spacious. The staff are beyond the common leaving and friendly, and there is nothing better than coming back to my hotel late at night and being able to get a nice warm hot chocolate from the lobby before going up to watch some television.

We've stayed here many times and highly recommend Hotel Metro. Super clean rooms. Great location if you're seeing a hockey game or a concert at the arena across the street. Unfortunately, downtown London can be a little depressing at times, this place is a definite bright spot.

The entire property is incredible and beautifully decorated. Clean with lots of nice little touches and the staff were lovely, kind and accomodating. We had an issue with noise above and we were upgraded and given a beautiful bottle of wine. Truely above and beyond.
