We stayed at Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport on June 13, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel is currently undergoing construction, which created a loud and disruptive environment—especially in the bar and dining area, where the noise was overwhelming and made it difficult to relax or enjoy a meal.
Worse yet, the air conditioning in our room was not working. When we called the front desk for help, we were told there was nothing they could do beyond what we had already tried. Staff initially refused to come check the issue, saying they were "busy" and not mechanics. Only after we insisted did someone come, but they were unable to fix the problem. We were offered either a fan or a different room—after midnight—despite needing to leave for the airport at 4:30 am. Moving rooms at that hour was hardly a reasonable option.
At checkout, I voiced my dissatisfaction again, hoping for at least an acknowledgment or apology. Instead, I was met with a dismissive “ok” and no effort to address or even empathize with our experience.
We chose this hotel for convenience, but the lack of basic comfort and poor customer service made our short stay incredibly frustrating. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
