Although, no structure to breakfast seating, i wasn't aware that no water would be provided in room: either the guest should be informed pre check-in or provide a jug to refill as i had to purchse a bottle to be able to refill form reception and carry to my room. I had a great experience at ibis Styles London Southwark during my stay. The hotel is modern, with creative decor and a welcoming atmosphere. Arrived at 1345 from a long haul overseas flight and was exhausted, but there was a hard line on 1500 check in time - she would not even see if a room was ready and no effort to message me if a room was ready before 1500. Great location and helpful staff

The breakfast was excellent, hotel clean and with a funky decor. Great location. There were a few tiny snags during our stay (eg - our room temperature was too hot and couldn’t be altered, and our room wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days), however the manager and desk staff were incredibly helpful and sorted everything immediately. Couldn’t ask for better.
