Disappointing
The property was shambolic.Opening the door was awkward, due to the ill-considered placement of a shoerack requiring it's repositioning to fit a suitcase through the door. At a glance the property seemed fairly clear and presentable.Bathroom - tiles cracked underfoot. Inadequate substrate made this the case for most tiles in the bathroom except for those well bedded in. Black mould around the bath edging. The electric shower, fitted with nothing but the pipe union and cable was completely loose and needed to be handled with care (seriously the whole thing would spin). There is no bath option, as there is no hot water other than that which is heated by inline heaters on the sinks.The kitchen had a replaced washing machine. The replacement was not fitted and so the kickboard trim was balanced up against the machine. It had to be moved after it fell forward trapping toes twice whilst using the sink. There were not enough cups and glasses. The toaster tripped the entire electrics, clearly not fit for purpose. There was washing up liquid but no cloths or tea towels.The sofas had questionable stains, the coffee table, chairs and table all had loose legs (dangerously). All flatpack, none assembled properly.Curtains uselessly thin. Railing fell down when closing. One bed very uncomfortable.Communication was boilerplate and questions not answered.
