"Advertisement: Average expectations - Room description in Hotel.com was accurate. Location: Average expectations - Conveniently semi close and walkable, with easy access to airport and underground train and transportation. Safe area, Cleanliness: Average expectations Room Comfort: Average expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Average expectations – They were polite, attentive and helpful as expected. Amenities: Above expectations - Not Basic, offer good compared with the price. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided good value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience the breakfast, we believe it was not offered as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Average expectations - Was somewhat ordinary and had the welcoming feeling we expected. Overall: Average expectations - We were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we would will recommend this hotel."

"Amazing location, on the shower box there was no place to put anything. ( soap for example ) the elevators most of the time very crowded. I got an early check in. But when it was check in time. It had huge lines, TV remote wasn’t working properly. Only turnê on and off. Couldn’t change channel, breakfast was good. But always the same thing. Best part is location."

"From check in to check out, this place was amazing. Breakfast was always good, staff were so helpful. Lost my passport the first day there and they were so helpful returning it to me. Concierge went above and beyond. The view was spectacula. I could go on all day but to sum it up, worth every penny."

"On arrival met by very friendly staff. Went straight to my room (6th floor- no lift) on arrival nice large room basic furniture and a sink A double bed (requested) and a single. Shower and toilet same floor couple Mt's away. Comfy bed. I didn't have breakfast on offer till 9am. Great location...quite....and very good value for money!! I will be back and will request lower floor!"
