Great location for what we needed. Room very comfortable although missing a few items ( bathroom toiletries and a tv remote control) we didn’t use the breakfast option and so cannot comment on food.

Excellent service from check in, to cleanliness, to check out! The staff here is all on top of it! Less than 5 minute walk to the tube station which is on the main jubilee line making it convenient when going to central London. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are incredibly spacious as well. Definitely a great stay!

The property is very tired looking and a let down for a Marriet. Expected a much better condition hotel.. as soon as you pull up it looks old and run down... the lobby has been made to give a false image of a really nice hotel and presents very well. Once you get into the hallways and rooms, they would have looked fresh in the 90's but now look very tired and dated. Not sure if the hotel was once a council house complex?

It was a little farther out from London inter but the actual hotel was very nice. The booker gave me impression that it was very close to downtown. The food was very expensive and we were a a captive audience. And the original Expedia guy actually lied to me that I didn’t have reservations my original hotel best western that would have cost me less $350. Very discouraging with Expedia.

We were Woking up very early with banging noises everyday. We complained and spoke with the front desk manager Agon who was very helpful. Even after we complained the house keeping were the ones who was causing the load banging we find out. We asked them politely not but continued. I wanted to thank Agon angling for assisting us with general enquiries.
