The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Checkout is 11am when the cleaners arrive. Put dirty towels in the bath. Put the trash out including ALL UNEATEN FOOD IN THE FRIDGE and cupboards pop the dishwasher on and leave the place clean
KEYS BACK IN LOCKBOX, 7149 & the other keys back in the draw, (if you used them). Turn the lights off, thermostat down to 15, AIRCON OFF, LOCK WINDOWS & TERRACE DOOR! Close front door behind you.

Rules

NO SHOES in the apartment as it has brand new cream carpets. No high heels wood floors. Careful with wet/dirt suitcase wheel on carpet.
KITCHEN COUNTER use coasters/placemats on the beautiful marble counter as it watermarks and chips easily - wine/lemon or acidic things particularly
Please take care of my beautiful home. NO PARTIES. keep the noise down between 11.30pm and 7am and be respectful to neighbours owner occupiers

Great Flat In London

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The flat was super clean, modern and really nice. The location was great with 5 minute walk to nearest tube station. Would definitely stay again!

Happy little haven

Check in was very easy using instructions from the owner. The flat is beautiful and an easy walk up one floor. Close to tube stations and easy to get around London. Would absolutely stay here again if I make another trip across the ocean. Very beautiful space and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay at this pristine flat! It was just the right size for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities in Simon’s exquisite kitchen, and relaxed in the evening after a long day in London on his very private outdoor space. Neighborhood offered everything we needed for groceries and meals, and the proximity to the tube made our travel to London seamless. Great flat, great location, great host!

Not much to say. Beautiful apartment, great area. Simon has a very detailed and helpful guide about the place and area. We really enjoyed it. One small comment about the “king bed”…not sure if it’s different in the UK, but in the States that would be considered a queen sized bed. Thanks Simon!

Amazing stay!

I’m so glad we chose this place! There were a few things I needed help with and had to look at the manual (emptying the dryer’s water bin, for example) but we had no problems. I slept in both beds and the couch because my kids needed some space from each other, haha, and all were comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the apartment was WONDERFUL! we have kids in elementary school and had to remind them to be careful because the place was so nice! Thank you for a great trip!!!

Outstanding

Simon’s apartment is very clean, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood within waking distance to shops and transit. It was lovely sitting on the deck in the unseasonably warm weather sipping on a delicious G&T provided by Simon. He was also very quick to respond with any questions and I would gladly stay here again.

Gorgeous, elegant & comfortable apartment!

We stayed four nights in Simon's beautiful apartment - everything was well appointed: beds extremely comfortable, shower amazing, appliances high end, excellent telly and comfy lounging area. It was very clean and the location was an easy tube to all the interesting areas of London. Highly recommend!

Great flat at a convenient location

This is a beautiful apartment, very well equipped and located, and with a lot of light. It was easy to go everywhere from here. Simon is a great host who was always available to answer questions. He received us with coffee and a nice gift, very nice touch. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again, and we definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous Fortnight!

My sister and I lived in London as children and were anxious to return after 50 years. Simon’s flat was perfect for us. Very quiet neighborhood and furnished just as advertised. Response rates to various questions throughout the time were very prompt. Very short walk to tube and bus so we saved a lot on Uber rides. It was unfortunate there was no luggage storage available for an early arrival but we understood the liability. Kitchen and living room space was very generous but 2nd bedroom would be quite small for a couple with luggage. Would definitely return to this amazing property.

Perfect in every way

Simon Thank you for having us as your guests. You’ve been a wonderful communicator. The apartment was just perfect for the three of us! It was well-appointed, exceptionally clean, centrally located with easy access to the tube, great restaurants close by. We had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. One week stay in London

This 2 bedroom flat is in a very accessible location via the Underground (a 5-10 minute walk to 2 stations), while being in located in a pleasant safe residential area. The apartment is as described and pictured, and is quiet at night. Having a large grocery store at the exit of the Finchley station was very convenient. Both beds were very comfortable, and heat and hot water work well. Having the outdoor sitting area would be enjoyable during the warmer months. Simon was very responsive and left extensive helpful instructions and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay again on a future trip!

Wonderful flat with all the comforts of home to enhance your trip to London. Simon is a helpful and responsive host. Flat is exactly as described. Beautiful with high end finishes. Nothing was missed when this flat was remodeled and decorated. Simon was the perfect host. The neighborhood is quite and everyone seems to be trying to out-do each other with their gardens. One word? Lovely!

Perfect Apartment, great location.

Beautifully furnished apartment. Containing everything you will need for your stay. Great local amenities, with superb links to Central London. Simon is a great host and was always availible and responded very quickly to any of our enquiries. Unlike some properties there was plenty of cleaning products, to enable you to keep the apartment clean. I would honestly recommend Simon's property to anyone looking for a perfect apartment to base yourself from, when visiting London. We would happily rebook with Simon on future visits to London.

Gorgeous and very comfortable flat in London!

Simon’s flat is not only gorgeous but very comfortable as it offers great amenities such as AC, a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The balcony garden is also very charming and a great spot to relax. Simon’s hospitality is top rate and he offers amazing recommendations for great dining experiences. The flat is well located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with plenty of options for shopping, dining, markets as well as bus, tube and overground train choices within walking distance. We highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting London.

Posh and Convenient Accommodations

My mom, daughter, and I had an enjoyable stay. The flat looks just like the pictures inside, with all the amenities and conveniences. The beds were comfy, the shower was wonderful, and we appreciated relaxing in the living room in front of the big screen TV after a long day of sight-seeing. The location is convenient to two Underground stations, and there is a grocery store right across the street from one of them. Grocery and restaurant delivery was available there too. It made a great home base for exploring London. Our host was easy to reach with any questions we had, and we enjoyed the chance to meet him in person. Highly recommend!

Lovely Flat and a Great Choice

A perfect location for our time visiting our son and his family (5-minute walk) as well as the same distance to buses and the underground station. The beautiful 2-bedroom flat was on a lovely quiet street and offered all the benefits/amenities that comes with staying in a well-maintained residence as opposed to a sterile hotel room. During our 6-night stay, when in the flat, we appreciated having two couches to lounge on as well as a work desk when we wanted to be productive. While having a full kitchen and laundry was a huge benefit, we only used the former for morning coffee/evening drinks and never used the washer/dryer. Though we never had the opportunity to meet Simon, the check-in/check-out process was seamless, and he was personable and prompt in responding to my questions sent via WhatsApp. Plus, prior to our arrival, Simon sent me a detailed .pdf guide detailing How-To’s within the flat as well grocery store locations, and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this flat for any solo traveler or couple.
