This stylish place to stay is a perfect hotel alternative to spend the holidays or serve as home base while away on work. Everything has been thought of to make your stay comfortable and the local hosts are close by to cater to your needs. Located on a quiet crescent yet located to all the daily needs you require!
15 minutes from the highway and 15 mins to LHSC and Ronald McDonald House. 20 minutes to downtown, Canada Life Place and the RBC Convention Center. This location has it all!
The space-
The main floor is legally separated from the lower level which has it's own private side entrance. The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms with closets. The primary bedroom features double vanity sinks and a walk-in glass shower enclosure with a rainfall shower head.
-Main floor front load washer and dryer in the mudroom
-main washroom with tub/shower
-fully equipped kitchen with an under counter wine fridge and gas range/dishwasher/fridge
-front sitting room and rear family room with a TV for watching Netflix or Youtube. The electric fireplace adds nice ambience while entertaining and relaxing at the kitchen island
-large dining table for a family gathering and all the utensils/pots etc. to prepare a gourmet meal!
