There was literally rats or roaches crawling around underneath the floorboards and I could not sleep at all. The entire apartment smelled weird and the WiFi didn’t work. Bathroom was clean but the smell of the apartment and the running animals underneath the floor was genuinely awful. I have video proof, I did not get to sleep at all that night. Check in was also very weird and communication was a little confusing and inaccurate. Only pleasant side was the location and walkability.

The flat itself was fantastic. We had the 2 bed, 2 bath and it was very spacious for London. Great location! The only negative thing is that the water was not hot for the showers, the first day was ok & then it just kept getting worse. Other than that we would stay here again.

The aparment is well located near two underground stations (queensway and bayswater), bus stations around the corner as well. Area outside is good with restaurants and bars open late. The size of the apartment is very good, it has all the expected amenities, a/c units in all three areas The building is safe and we loved our stay (2 adults and 2 teens). Thanks!

I took the trouble to go to the office to check - not trusting to send my details electronically. The staff were great. They look after lots of property, ours was in another neighbourhood. The Bayswater area north of. Hyde is very central and walkable with lots of public transport. The flat had everything you would need but little extra ( eg towels etc but no salt and pepper). There were two gripes: 1 paving work was going on below our window, and 2 the bed was unnecessarily small ( a basic double) and uncomfortable with minimal bed linens ( itchy so probably nylon sheets).

Pros: The property was quite spacious for London. It was in the mid 80's during our stay and the AC was wonderful. Location was good with lots of dining options and a short walk to Bayswater station. Even though there is construction directly across the street it was very quiet. Cons: Squeaky floors. Dryer didn't work. miscommunication about how to get keys and had to wait an extra 30 minutes for cleaning to be finished. Shower drained very slowly. It would have been nice if they would've refreshed linens or had more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Overall we were out all day and enjoyed our stay when we came back at night.

The location is not bad. There are 3 subway stops within walking distance. There are also lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The major issue is communication. The people that ran the renting process do not communicate well. They did not answer some of my emails in a timely manner. Trying to find our keys was a very difficult process. The flat itself was nice and roomy and slept are family of 5 easily. However, there were also things about the room that were problematic. Namely, the tiles in the bathroom kept cracking when we walked into the bathroom.

Noise from 8am - 5pm due to construction site.

Good size and good location. Not great cleaning, but ok. However, right next door to both the living room and bedroom was a massive construction site. Not just a building, but a whole block is being built, so there was ongoing noise starting 8 am sharp and stopping between 4 -5 pm. 30 seconds of drilling, 5 seconds without on repeat for hours. Enough to make you crazy if you stay inside the flat. There was no information about this in the listing, so that’s why I’m writing this. With such a large construction site I’m guessing the noise issues will last for a long time, and city apartments told me afterwards that they had indeed been informed that there would be noise between 8am - 4pm. I wish I’d never booked this.

Wonderful apartment, horribly managed, check in ni

Worst check in experience of my life. After booking received an email thru Expedia directing me to call the management company. I did so to request check in details for a Monday arrival, and was told to just wait, a second email would follow. He wouldn't provide any details by phone. Email arrived the next day, requesting passport scan, credit card, etc. This email came from expedia, but needed to go to a separate email address direct to mgmt co, which again was delayed. On arrival, I received another email indicating my card would not work for the deposit, strange as it worked fine at every other London vendor. We called again on arrival and the mgmt contact refused to provide any info by phone regarding the key access to the apartment, and only at this time, requested payment for cleaning by card before a text would be sent with the key access instructions. Turns out, the instructions included a picture of the front door, but did not include any mention that the key was not actually stored there. Several calls later, we were still stuck outside the bldg in the dark, in the rain, no lock box visible. This is after several more calls to the mgym co. Told us repeatedly box was to right of the main door. Only when another guest who rented thru the same company arrived, could see we were distraught and offered to show us where he eventually found the lock box after a similar lengthy ordeal, did we find it. halfway down the street in a different doorway LEFT side! 6 calls!

The location was wonderful!! Everything from grocery to restaurants and coin laundry within 400 meters distance. Convenient underground stations nearby. The only recommendation is that it need a little TLC. Floors are very noisy, and overall the apartment can use some cosmetics repairs. Other than that great place to stay with family!!

Good location

The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teens). After a long flight it was perfect location. Local shops and restaurants on the door step, tube station nearby. Bathrooms were a bit tired and need some tlc. We had an issue while we were there, but the staff responded as soon as they could and were very helpful. Apartment was clean and warm.

The apartment location in Bayswater was great. Walkable to 2 tube stations, plenty of food and grocery options nearby. We had a small issue but they management was responsive and got it fixed the same day.

Positives- Property is very modern, two decent sized bedrooms, one with en suite, plus another bathroom. Easy 10/15 min walk from Paddington, but longer than an 18min walk to Hyde Park as described. Negatives- Huge construction works going on directly across the road, which are exceptionally noisy outside bedroom windows, and start at 8am every day. Check in bit of a disaster as the Cleaner had taken the keys from the pick up and was still in the flat when we were eventually let in. She was rushing like mad to get the clean done and didn’t leave towels for one of the bedrooms, so we had to make do with what we had. The assistance line was really helpful even though there was a massive confusion, and they gave us 30 mins extension on check out for the inconvenience. The above though could be a one off, so I haven’t let it affect my review rating. Overall a good property as a London base, with the biggest negative, the construction across the road that will be ongoing for some time.

Sentral leiligheten i utkanten av London Centrum

Vi hadde ett flott opphold, kort vei til undergrunnen og butikker. De holdt på med arbeid på blokken over fra tidlig morgen. Var også mye parfymelukt i gangene, heldigvis ikke i leiligheten. Litt slitasje inne i leiligheten, men gode senger og sovesofa.

Wir hatten im Vorfeld extra abgemacht, dass wir früher den schlüssel abholen konnten. Dies hat leider nicht geklappt & wir mussten paar mal hin & her telefonieren bis es dann geklappt hat. Im Apartment hatte es alles was man brauchte. Jedoch war es nicht ganz so sauber & vieles war kaputt. In der Küche fehlte es an Abtrockunungstücher, der Boden war an einigen stellen kaputt & es kam eine grau/schwarze flüssigkeit aus dem Boden gelaufen & die Küchen utensilien konnten nicht genutzt werden da diese sehr schmutzig waren. Geschirr welches wir gebraucht haben, mussten wir vorher abwaschen. Die Badezimmer waren leider ebenfalls nicht sauber. Das Wasser lief nicht richtig ab, der stöpsel fehlte im Waschbecken & jedesmal wenn man sich waschen wollte sah man den dreck im Abfluss. Der Boden im einten Badezimmer war kaputt & im anderen Badezimmer war die Stange an der die Duschbruse befestigt ist auch kaputt. Die Betten waren sauber, für unseren geschmack jedoch viel zu weich. Insgesamt hat für uns das Preis Leistungsverhältniss überhaupt nicht gepasst.

Bekvämt och bra boende, trevligt bemötande

Bra boende, bra läge, väntad standard, väldigt bra kommunikation med uthyrarna - snabba, tydliga svar och trevligt bemötande. Byggarbetsplats utanför fönstret, väsnades från 7 på vardag och 8 på lördag. Inget för den som vill sova längre. Söndag lugnt. Gott om matbutiker och restauranger av olika sorter. Nära till buss och tunnelbana, perfekt om man flyger till/från Heathrow.
