I was locked out when I got there, he stated he email me but I was already in the air al.

What stay he took my money and locked me out and I had too fine other accommodation in a town I didn't know. I was not happy at all.

A big mistake and a tiny place

A week and mistake. Tidy and too small. Less than 33 square meters was not enough space for a week in London. We missed that detail in property description. We understood the no refund policy. We missed no property reviews. We left upon arrival, acknowledging the policy in a message and asking the host for leniency-maybe a partial refund? It was financially detrimental, a risk we took, due to the untenable conditions. There was refund possibility offered by host if it had not been for the cancellation process. Host said we had to initiate through VBRO. VBRO said host had to initiate. During the entire week neither host or VBRO would stop referring us to the other. No cancellation was ever processed despite chats, calls, and emails we sacrificed financially in part because we didn’t do our due diligence thoroughly and because neither host or VRBO could agree on who had to initiate a cancellation. We share the experience for others to be informed and aware. Trying to make the best of a troubling situation not a recommendation.
