Newly Renovated Studio Notting Hill/Kensington, Wifi and near Hyde Park

This property is thoroughly cleaned and then thoroughly sanitised.
Maximum precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests. Rooms are well aired, bedsheets and linen are washed at high temperatures, all surfaces are cleaned and then sanitised and we are mindful of other health and safety considerations such as supplying hand sanitiser, hand soap and single use amenities.

Newly renovated, the apartment is furnished in contemporary style to a high standard. The renovation includes new oak wood floors, new king size bed, new kitchen units, sound proof double pane windows, large wall mounted tv and new bathroom that features a Japanese style toilet. Luxury standards, portered secure building, amazing location in central london with easy access to bus (stop is just outside the building) and tube stations within a short walk- nearest tube stations are Kensington High street and Notting Hill. This is an ideal apartment to stay at. Prior to the renovation in 2018, guests boasted what a great location it was and a charming flat. Now it is renovated and up to 5 star standards in quality. Fresh and clean bedlinen and towels included- close to public transport- one king bed and a pull out sofa- No smoking. Supermarket as well as Whole Foods both two minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants in the area. This area is amazing. It offers you an endless choice of places to eat and you are neighbours with Prince William and Princess Kate. Kensington Gardens is a couple minutes walk away.
Check in after 2, check out by 9 am. We always try to accommodate special requests.

Excellent apartament

The apartment was great. Excellent location. Walking distance to Hyde Park and Kessington Palace. Close to lots of places to eat and/or shop. Property manager amazing. Definitely, we will return.

Very well-appointed pied-a-terre in Kensington

More than a studio, this property had a very nice, modernized bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and Japanese-style toilet, and a tiny but functional kitchen. A very comfortable bed and seating area furnished the main room, with lots of storage room. The building, with a doorman on duty, is equally convenient to Notting Hill and Kensington High Street underground stations, with a bus stop just outside and within an easy walk to coffee shoos, restaurants and shopping. A short five minute walk brought us into leafy Kensington Gardens. Lina had thought of every traveler’s need, down to a sewing kit! Her communications made us feel welcome before and throughout our visit. She and her assistant could not have been more helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe and convenient London location. When our travels take us to London again we’ll definitely stay here.

Otima localização e facil acesso de onibus e metrô para os principais pontos turisticos da cidade. Lojas e supermercados muito próximos l. Cozinha com utensilhos para o preparo de refeicoes rápidas. Alina é super atenciosa com retornos rápidos às questoes requisitadas. Muito bom o custo beneficio considerando os oadroes Londrinos. Voltando à Londres será minha preferência de hospedagem.

A week in Kensington.

Property was as described and v comfortable for 2. Lina allowed us to check in early which was v helpful after an overnight flight. She checked with us regularly even though we had no issues- v considerate. Location is excellent.

Great place to stay

Very centrally located near Circle Line—10 minutes walk. Clean and modern. Great bed and quiet. Best part was the host, Lina, who was very responsive. Grocery and several nice restaurants nearby. Nice washer/dryer. We would stay there again in a minute!

City Haven

We were in London for 8 days and Lina’s apartment was,a perfect fit for us. Communication was easy and clear. She was there to greet us and to show us the amenities of the apartment which was well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. The apartment proved to be a great location for easy access to the tube and in walking distance for so many parks, shops, restaurants and places of historical signifcance. Lina supplied us with sufficient fresh fruits, coffee, tea, bread and other supplies to get us started on our 8 day stay in London. She also graciously had a lovely flower arrangement to acknowledge my 75th birthday. Perfect hostess. Perfect apartment. Perfect location. Who could ask for more? S and J

Wonderful!

This is a beautiful flat in a great part of the city. Clean, modern, and comfortable, it’s close to good restaurants, super markets, and two tube stations that give easy access to all of London. Highly recommended.

Ideal location

Property is a small well designed ground floor flat . It is perfect for two people who are on the go

The High Street Kensington neighborhood is lovely and safe. Kensington gardens and palace are a short walk. Notting Hill tube station is one of two within a 10 minute walk providing access to all of of London. Lina is a wonderful and responsive hostess. I would highly recommend this property.

My partner and I had a terrific time staying at Lina’s property. The space was clean and cozy and Lina was kind enough to stock a few groceries for our arrival. I also loved the location of the apartment it was easy to get around and Lina was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. Wonderful accomodations

This is a gem of a flat in Kensington that is not to be missed. Clean, well appointed, and close to transportation, we had a wonderful stay. Lina is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this flat if you want a quiet, comfortable place to stay while visiting London.

Excellent in every way!

Ideal location from city center, upscale, clean and quiet area. Near to Kensington Palace, restaurants, pubs, churches and even Whole Foods. Access to Tour buses within 10/15 walking distance. The flat was completely adequate for a couple and in a secure building. Lina, the property manager was superb - before and during stay. She was always easy to be in contact with and responded quickly to every question and request. I recommend this property highly.

Kensington Gardens at Your Doorstep

We had a wonderful stay at Lina's flat. Lina was an excellent host--the apartment was perfect and had all the comforts of home. The location was so close to Kensington Gardens that we did not even have to cross a street to enter the Gardens. The neighborhood is lively with shops, good restaurants and easy access to buses and London underground. We highly recommend this apartment.

Great Location, A Total Gem

After a 10.5 hour flight and ground transport from Heathrow Airport we were greeted in front of the property by the owner. The studio apt shows "pride of ownership" with "high end" finishes. The location could not be better, short walk to Kensington Palace, parks, restaurants, pubs and shopping. Bus transportation right in front and underground stations within a 5 min walk in two directions. I would recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation. Will rebook if available on my next visit to the UK. Thank you Lina, thank you. You are a premier host and it shows.

Wonderful flat in Kensington

Lina is a wonderful hostess and her pride of ownership is evident throughout. The place is clean and well laid out. The bed is comfortable and towels are luxurious! Lina has thought of everything you might need. The building is very secure and quiet with a porter. It’s close to a very vibrant area of town but with no street noise. I run a vrbo condo in the USA which is always rated 5 star by guests and I picked up some tips from Lina’s flat that I will use to improve my own. Tip 1. It’s a slightly further walk to Notting Hill Gate tube but it’s an easier walk and a better tube line. Tip 2. Churchill Arms pub just up Kensington Church Road is a beautiful pub. Tip 3. La Fortuna Italian restaurant next door is amazing with super charming staff. I highly recommend this flat for your London stay and we will definitely book here for our future trips to London.
